THE BRIEF
A place for customers to find and understand the business.
Lewis and Brad came to us because L&B Plumbing & Heating didn’t have a website. They wanted to increase their visibility in the local area and give potential customers a clear way to discover their services and see their work.
The website needed to reflect the business they actually run: a local plumbing and heating team serving homes, landlords and refurbishment projects across their Hampshire service area.
THE APPROACH
Make the services clear. Show the work. Make contact easy.
We structured the site around the decisions a customer needs to make. What does L&B do? Does the team cover my area? Can I see examples? How do I get in touch?
That led to dedicated service pages, clear local coverage, real project photographs and prominent telephone links. Existing customer recommendations were attributed to their sources, helping visitors assess the business without relying on generic sales claims.
WEBSITE & CONTENT
Separate services, explained properly.
The site gives boiler installation, boiler repairs and boiler servicing their own pages, alongside central heating, bathrooms, hot water cylinders and other plumbing services. Customers can explore the work relevant to them rather than having to interpret a long list on the homepage.
Project photography shows actual installations and bathroom work. Advice articles cover practical topics such as annual boiler servicing, repair versus replacement and preparing heating for winter.

Built around the area L&B serves.
Dedicated local pages explain coverage in places including Warsash, Fareham and Locks Heath. Service content, page titles and internal links help connect what the business does with where it works.
These are foundations for search visibility. They give search engines and customers clearer information; they do not establish that rankings or enquiries have already increased.

A live website to build on.
L&B now has a professional website it can share with prospective customers, with detailed service information, local area pages, project examples, useful advice and direct telephone contact links.
The next stage is to measure search visibility and enquiry quality over time, and keep the content current as new projects are completed. This case study documents the website and content delivered; it does not claim measured growth in rankings, leads or revenue.
