Start with the work you want to win
More enquiries are only useful if they are for work you can deliver profitably. We start with your preferred jobs, typical project size, coverage, capacity and how you handle new customers. That helps decide whether the priority is improving an existing website, building local visibility or testing paid search.
Connect discovery, trust and contact
Customers need to find you, understand your offer and feel comfortable contacting you. SEO and Google profiles support discovery; service pages and genuine project evidence help explain the business; clear contact routes make the next step easier. We agree which parts need work instead of assuming every business needs every service.
Choose channels that suit the enquiry
Urgent repairs and planned projects behave differently. A repair customer may call immediately, while someone planning an extension may read several project pages before requesting a visit. We choose page content and campaign destinations around that difference. Advertising budgets, agency fees and any landing page work are agreed separately.
Qualify interest without making contact difficult
The right enquiry questions can identify service area, job type, urgency and project scope. We balance useful detail with the effort needed to get in touch. Once a lead arrives, your availability, speed of response, assessment and quotation process affect whether it becomes work. We discuss that handover as part of the plan.
Measure each stage honestly
Where tracking is configured, we can distinguish visits from calls and form submissions. Your feedback is needed to identify qualified enquiries, quotes and booked jobs. A tracked conversion is not automatically a new customer. Reporting should state what is measured, what is missing and what we can improve from the evidence.
Understand what you are buying
We provide the marketing services and deliverables agreed in your proposal. This is not a promise of a fixed number of leads or jobs, and we do not claim guaranteed rankings. Website work is priced to scope. Recurring services use the agreed six-month initial term and then monthly continuation with 30 days’ notice. Paid search media spend remains separate from management fees.
