Start with the job you want to win.
A campaign for planned boiler replacements needs a different approach from one for general plumbing enquiries. We agree the service, location and customer action before choosing search terms and writing ads. The page people arrive on should explain that specific service clearly.
Know what you are spending and what it delivers.
Advertising spend paid to Google and campaign management fees are separate costs. We agree both before launch. Where suitable tracking is configured, reporting can connect spend with calls or form enquiries rather than only counting clicks.
Improve campaigns using real enquiries.
We review search terms, targeting and ad performance, then make adjustments within the agreed scope. Your feedback on enquiry quality matters: a cheap lead is not useful if it is for work you don’t do or an area you don’t cover.
Our management fee and your advertising budget
Our monthly management fee is 20% of eligible advertising spend, with a minimum of £250 per month, plus VAT if applicable. This is charged in addition to the budget paid to the advertising platform. At £1,000 monthly ad spend the management fee is £250; at £2,000 it is £400. Any setup, landing page or additional work is quoted separately before you commit.
Build around a service, location and next step
Before launch we agree the services, areas, budget and action the campaign should encourage. We prepare relevant search terms, exclusions, ad copy and a suitable destination page. The page should explain the advertised service clearly and make contacting you straightforward. Tracking is configured where included and supported, with any consent requirements considered for the chosen setup.
Manage spend with enquiry quality in view
Campaign review can include search terms, location performance, device performance, budgets and the information available from conversion tracking. Calls and form submissions are only part of the picture. We need your feedback on unsuitable work, quotes and bookings to judge which enquiries are commercially useful. Changes remain within the agreed scope and spending authority.
What to expect from a managed campaign
You retain ownership of the advertising account and pay media spend separately. Results depend on demand, competition, budget, the landing page and your response to enquiries. We do not guarantee a number of leads or a cost per booked job. Recurring management has a six-month initial commitment, then continues monthly with 30 days’ written notice; the proposal and agreement confirm dates and full terms.
