WEBSITE DESIGN FOR TRADESPEOPLE

A website that reflects the quality of your work.

Give customers a clear picture of your services, your work and the areas you cover — whether this is your first website or a replacement for one you’ve outgrown.

Discuss this service

Your website should answer the questions that win you a call.

Before someone gets in touch, they want to know whether you do the job they need, whether you work locally and whether your business looks reliable. We organise your website around those decisions, using clear descriptions, real project photography and straightforward contact options.

Built around your trade and your customers.

A boiler installation enquiry is different from a landscaping project. We plan the pages around your services and the information a customer needs before contacting you. We can help turn your notes, photos and business details into clear website content.

A new website, or a better version of what you have.

If you’re starting from scratch, we establish the structure and visual direction. If you already have a website, we review the useful content and existing page addresses before planning replacements and redirects. The aim is to improve the experience while preserving what still has value.

A clear journey from search to quote request

The purpose of a trade website is to help a potential customer decide whether you can do their job and how to get in touch. We plan the page order, contact prompts and enquiry questions around that decision. Telephone links suit some urgent work; a project enquiry with location, scope and timing may be more useful for planned installations. The agreed scope sets out which routes we build.

What the website project involves

We agree a page list and collect the facts needed to write it: services, coverage, business details, photographs and supported credentials. Design and content are reviewed together, followed by the agreed revisions. Before launch we check the routes, mobile layout, contact links, page titles, descriptions and sitemap. Existing page addresses are reviewed where a site is being replaced.

Content that gives customers reasons to contact you

Useful service pages explain the work, what is included, the quotation process and common questions. Project pages show genuine completed work with accurate attribution. We can help organise that information and write it clearly, but you approve the facts. We do not invent reviews, accreditations or results to make a new business look established.

Costs, hosting and what happens after launch

Website pricing is bespoke to the pages and functionality agreed. Your proposal separates build costs from hosting, domains, licences and ongoing work. Standalone website projects use agreed milestones rather than automatically falling into a six-month marketing term. Forms, integrations, analytics and maintenance must be included in the scope if you need them; a live website alone does not confirm inbox delivery or enquiry tracking.

THE PROCESS

How we deliver it

  1. We agree the services, service areas and main purpose of the site.
  2. You provide business details, project photos and any brand assets; we prepare the design and content.
  3. You review the pages and check the facts before we test and launch the agreed version.

USEFUL TO KNOW

Your questions, answered.

Can you build our first website?

Yes. We can plan the pages, prepare content from your business information and build the site. We’ll explain what is needed for the domain, hosting and enquiries before work starts.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We start by reviewing the content, structure and platform, then recommend whether targeted improvements or a rebuild makes more sense.

Is ongoing support included?

We agree hosting, updates and any ongoing support separately in the proposal, so you know what is included and what it costs.

How much will it cost?

The price depends on the pages, content and functionality needed. We provide a defined scope and price before you commit.
